science friction

This term we did a science unit about friction.I learnt that rubbing causes friction and that the more friction you have the more grippe the surface .I enjoyed all the experiments like the tug of war experiment the tennis ball experiment and the toy car drag racing experiment.It was interesting to see how different surfaces are slow and others are fast. I chose some concrete on the oval which did not go that far. somethings I didn't enjoy were having to write all of those science experiments before we did the actual experiment. After we collected the results for our surfaces we put them on a graph and wrote them in order from 1st to 4th in our topic books. To top everything of we did a massive science test. In it we had to write a science procedure and a hypothesis and a conclusion. I enjoyed this science unit.

survival unit

This term we have been doing a unit called survival. In survival we do activities that help us when we are put into teams to do team challenges. These are some of the activities we learnt commands,action verbs and games that will help us juring the challenges. It was fun and the challenges are going to be even more fun.
